Synopsis
Phoenix Darkfire claws back from the grave after a brutal betrayal leaves him ash. Armed with living darkfire that feeds on rage and pain he hunts the syndicate that murdered his family and framed him as a terrorist. Each victory burns away pieces of his soul but fuels an unstoppable reckoning. The city of Ashfall becomes a warzone as Phoenix tears through fortified towers and underground empires. Allies emerge from the shadows including a hacker haunted by her own losses and a former enforcer seeking redemption. Betrayals multiply as his darkfire threatens to consume everything including the woman who once loved him. In the final inferno Phoenix must choose between total annihilation and a fragile rebirth that could save what remains of his humanity or doom the world to eternal flame.
The story
Phoenix dies in a rigged explosion after exposing corporate corruption and awakens reborn in the ruins with darkfire surging through his veins. Haunted by flashbacks he begins tracking his killers while learning to control the power that threatens to consume him.
Phoenix assaults the syndicate's empire dismantling layers of security and confronting former allies turned enemies as his darkfire grows wilder with each kill. A fragile romance and uneasy alliance with a cyber-thief offer hope but a devastating revelation fractures his quest for vengeance.
The final confrontation engulfs the syndicate's citadel in apocalyptic fire forcing Phoenix to sacrifice his rage to save the city. He rises once more from the ashes choosing mercy over destruction and vanishing into legend.

Phoenix rises, skin knitting, eyes blazing with black flame. Darkfire swirls around him, alive and hungry. PHOENIX (V.O.) They thought death would silence me. He steps forward, each footfall igniting the ground. Sirens wail in the distance.
